She guided us and supported us each step of the way paying attention to all the details of a home and pointing out risk factors which we did not even know. This enabled us in making an educated decision when placing an offer on any home. We experienced that she devoted a lot of time in fulfilling our real estate needs. On top of her deep understanding of the RE market and transactions, she is also very experienced in home design and remodeling and gave us a lot of ideas and possibilities in how to change or upgrade a home within our budget. While showing homes, she gave us totally unbiased and honest assessment, listing out pros and cons of each home, location and particular areas. Being first time home buyers, Nila held our hand through all the things, every step of the way. We were impressed that someone could keep up and be as determined as we were in finding our perfect home. It's a crazy market for sure but Nila stuck with us week in and week out, scouting new places, chasing down off market listings, developing bids, frequently checking in with us and visiting homes.
