The seller had made a few modifications that violated the HOA, but she was able to navigate the complex issues this presented and delivered us the property clear of any issues. She didn't miss a detail when working with the seller to get us the property free of any issues. We also secured the property under appraised value, which almost never happens. And a warranty also. We're very happy.

From start to finish, they not only walked us through every small detail, but they went above and beyond to make sure we found the perfect house. We were able to look at homes every weekend with Dede in multiple cities (LA foothills), and there was no pressure when we weren't sure where we wanted to land. They did a ton of research to find homes fitting our wish lists and our budget, and they helped us navigate a tough situation when one of our offers fell through on a home we really wanted. We never felt like they weren't listening to us or weren't doing everything they could to find us our dream home. They even looked at homes that were currently off-market and ultimately found our dream home. They reached out to the owners' past realtor and we were able to buy the home despite it being off-market. During the purchase, we never had to guess about what to do - they walked us through every single document, they had a check list for everything, they knew a company or person to call for every inspection, they were present at every inspection, & they helped ask the right questions about wall cracks, foundation, water, etc. They were available anytime of day and they often worked late into the evenings to go over paperwork & offers with us. It was extremely comforting going through this process with them and it truly could not have worked out better. We've now lived in the home for a couple of months and continue to love it more everyday. We ended up exactly where we wanted to be in our dream house, and that is because of the work that Dede, Pushpa, and their team did. They really care about finding you your dream home.
