He walked us through all the critical steps of home buying process and patiently answered all questions. The amount of time and effort he put into walking us through the whole process was impressive. He is very knowledgeable about the properties in and around the Bay Area, which helped us quickly narrow down the houses we liked. From getting the pre-approvals to closing the deal, he was able to provide several contacts and resources to speed up the process. He was so prompt that he got us the pre-approval, walked us through the paperwork, and submitted an offer within three business days for one of the houses that we liked. He was readily available for home tours and responsive to emails/calls. If I texted him a question or an update, he would often respond within just a few minutes. He was thorough with visual inspections and gave honest feedback about the properties and the locations we had visited. Rated 5.0  I have known Mohan for 3+ years now and when we were planning to buy our second home, we reached out to him to get some advice around Bay area real estate trends. Even though the interest rates were high compared to prior years, Mohan suggested that we start our home buying process without further delay. Mohan is hands on and extremely detailed and he did not waste any time to prepare a list of properties that we could look at based on our criteria and created a schedule along with getting appointments for home tours. He also recommended pre-approval and referred us to lenders he had worked with and trusted. Mohan went with us to every home we shortlisted and took detailed notes on pros and cons of each home. He also sent us the disclosures of each home and went through the documents answering all our questions in a detailed manner. Mohan is calm, patient, soft spoken and has an awesome attitude. He is also extremely diligent, knowledgeable and super responsive. He takes extra effort to make you comfortable and always answers his phone and emails promptly. He does a lot of pre-work and research behind the scenes and makes it easy on us. His recommendations are always spot on and give a detailed overview of the area, schools and other factors that we may not be completely aware of. When we identified a home that we wanted to put an offer on, Mohan went above and beyond to get all the inspection reports from the seller's agent, highlighted important areas that needed our attention and pushed for us to get the inspections done on our side so we were satisfied. He also did a lot of research on the comps and recommended an offer price that we were not only comfortable with but also competitive. He put together a winning offer packet. Needless to say, our offer was accepted and from this point on he shifted his focus on the tasks to close smoothly and successfully. Mohan consistently connected with the lender, escrow and the seller's agent to make sure we were always on time. If anything was amiss then Mohan was there to spot that and get them resolved even if it was not something he was accountable for. He was also instrumental in negotiating the list price and bringing it down after we identified a couple of fixes that we had to do in the house. Without Mohan's care and effort, we would not have had a smooth closing. It took us a little over 45 days for us to start looking at the properties and closing the home of our choice and Mohan played a very significant role to make it happen.
