We ended up purchasing the first one he selected for us to see! I will always be grateful that he helped us find our beautiful home in Indy! Ravi is also detail-oriented. In the closing process there was a check we were supposed to receive from the sellers. My wife and I had forgotten about it, but Ravi caught it right away! His experience with the process really paid off for us!

His knowledge of the market is excellent and was accurately able to predict our sale price. He also gave us very detailed options during our discussion of the list price for our house. He also was very responsive to all our questions and was readily available to meet at short notices. He also held multiple open houses. His negotiation skills are excellent! He got us the price we wanted.
