I have life experience in helping people who have I have worked in the real estate industry since 2004, but in 2008 I earned my real estate license. I worked for a great local, family owned brokerage for 10 years. I loved working at RC Realty and our team. I learned a great deal from watching my mentors who work with investors, buying homes to remodel them to list. I adopted those skills to help my sellers and buyers whose homes needed to be updated. I enjoy helping sellers prepare their home, staging it, marketing it to earn top dollar in the current market. I believe in teamwork to achieve success for all parties. I have positive working relationships with other realtors. I've developed a great team of professionals who take amazing care of my clients through out the process of buying or selling their home. Finding or listing the home is just the first step to a happy home owners success. The process of transaction has many steps from preparing or reviewing offers, acceptance, opening escrow, disclosures, lender per-approval & loan process, title insurance, home inspection, negotiating request for repairs, home warranty, funding the loan, recording the title in the new homeowners name, closing escrow and giving the new homeowners the keys.
