Rated 5.0  Being a first time home buyer its always tricky to choose not only home but the realtor who will get you that desired property. I was lucky to have Mohan, help me find a great property in the desired location I wanted. It took me about 6 months to finalize on the property I loved and wanted to buy. But during this whole process, Mohan has been super patient, very detailed, and AVAILABLE all the time. Mohan, helped us understand both pros and cons of the property in terms of location, schools, future developments and comparables in the same region. He seems to have great knowledge about the Charlotte and Raleigh areas. Another plus point of Mohan is he helped me shop around for a good mortgage rate too. Mohan made what could have been a stressful and difficult process as seamless as could be. He made everything very easy to navigate and was always available and helpful. Mohan was always on time for appointments, negotiated well with other agents or always followed up with emails, phone messages and voicemails etc., He kept up his promises. Personally looked into the house and went through all steps in advance and cleared all our questions i.e. regard to selling and also finances. Very hard working and definitely use him in any other real-estate transactions in future too
